Lead Salesforce (SFDC) Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite – 3–5 Days per Week)
Rate: DOE
Experience: 10–12 Years
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10–12 years of total IT experience, with significant exposure to Salesforce platforms.
- Proven techno-functional expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Strong hands-on development skills with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, workflows, and automation tools.
- Strong experience with Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and FSC Clouds.
- Experience managing and coordinating offshore development teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Architect, or Consultant) preferred.
