Here are the key qualifications you’ll need to be successful:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience: We're open to candidates with 0-4 years of related experience. If you’re just starting out and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply!

• Computer Skills: You must have a basic understanding of computer usage and be comfortable working with various systems and tools.

• Attention to Detail: The ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is crucial for this role.

• A-shift (Days): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• C-shift (Days): Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• D-Shift (Nights):Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday from 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Education: High School or GED

Responsibilities

Specific Job Duties:

• Routinely conduct intermediate data analysis of manufacturing metrics (WPD, tool output, rundown, etc).
• Pinpoint bottleneck areas and take actions to help improve line movement and line balance.
• Conduct intermediate troubleshooting and root cause investigation of production roadblocks up to the 1st and 2nd order of a catalyst event.
• Work as a team leader both within and outside of the department.
• Ability to multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy.
• Must adhere to strict protocol policies, which include wearing a clean room suit for long periods.

Qualifications:

• Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be very confident with computers and capable of learning new software systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills (>30 WPM typing ability),
• Self-motivated and critical thinking skills
• Ability to both follow and create documented procedures
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective Communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to wear a cleanroom suit and lift up to 25lb.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
