THE ROLE

Our client, a healthcare facility in Las Cruces, NM, is seeking a full-time permanent Registered Nurse (RN) for their Medical-Surgical unit. This direct-hire position is open to junior-level RNs and requires on-site presence at a specific location. The successful candidate will deliver direct patient care within an acute care setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Valid RN License in New Mexico or Compact licence current and in good standing
• BLS certification current
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
