The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing front desk operations and managing patient interactions within a small team environment. This role requires coordination with insurance companies and law firms, ensuring smooth communication and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, proficient computer skills, and the capacity to handle various communication channels including phone, email, and fax.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and supervise a small team (1-5 members)
• Coordinate patient scheduling, billing assistance, and general inquiries
• Verify insurance information and manage claims support
• Communicate and collaborate with law firms representing clients
• Handle phone calls, emails, and fax communications efficiently
• Coordinate medical records and support administrative documentation
• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and standard office software
• Effectively multitask and manage time to maintain smooth office operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in office management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities
