Family Law Attorney - Consultations Only

We're seeking a Family Law Consultation Attorney who thrives on one-on-one interactions and enjoys guiding families through difficult situations without the stress of litigation. In this role, you'll conduct consultations, answer legal questions, and build trust with prospective clients, helping them decide if our firm is the right fit for their needs. This position offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule, free from courtroom pressures, with no trial preparation or after-hours emergencies. You'll handle up to seven consultations daily and follow up with engagement contracts, all while enjoying a supportive team environment. We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000, performance bonuses for retained clients, paid Texas law license fees, CLE expenses, group life insurance, health insurance premium reimbursement, and a total expected compensation of approximately $115,000+.
