Job title: 4 LPN’s - 6 Month Contract

shifts are 8a to 8p, or 8p to 8a/Weekends and Holidays are required, scheduled off one in every four weekend’s, Long Term Care facility

Location: Beckley, WV

Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking LPN- Licensed Practical Nurses for Psych facility. The ideal LPN candidate will possess a license/certification in the state of WV with at least 1 year of Psych experience.

LPN- Licensed Practical Nurses Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have the following:

1. LPN License in Good Standing in WV
2. WV Cares and APS/CPS Forms
3. CPR
4. PPD
5. Covid Vaccination or Declination
6. Physical
7. Drug Screening
8. Drivers License

LPN-

Must be willing to work schedule, including weekends and Holidays. Candidate must be willing to start immediately. All scheduling will be handled by our Director of Nursing. Call offs will not be tolerated and will terminate our agreement.

Salary: $30-$36 hour
