The Speech and Language Pathologist provides specialized assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Key responsibilities Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering direct therapy, collaborating with staff and families, and supporting behavior and crisis interventions. Qualifications Qualifications involve a master’s degree, current licensure, experience with children with complex needs, and knowledge of AAC and behavioral strategies. Preferred skills include ABA experience and multilingual abilities.
