Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, and production operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing and delivery of high-quality products. This role oversees production planning, supply chain coordination, operational performance, team leadership, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align production with customer demand.
Oversee production scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
Partner with Engineering and Quality teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
Improve equipment reliability and reduce production downtime.
Manage receiving, inventory control, shipping, warehouse operations, and logistics.
Ensure inventory accuracy using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and transportation activities.
Lead, coach, and develop production and warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics.
3+ years of leadership experience managing production or warehouse teams.
Experience managing end-to-end operations and multiple functional areas.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfillment.
Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with electronics manufacturing, production processes, and quality control.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
