Working closely with Senior People Partners and international colleagues, you will continue to strengthen your HR expertise while contributing to a workplace where people feel supported, included, and empowered to do their best work. What you will be working on
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees and front-line leaders, independently handling HR queries with clarity, professionalism, and care.
- Support and execute a wide range of HR activities, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, internal mobility, immigration coordination, training, and compliance administration.
- Partner with Senior People Partners and legal teams on sensitive or complex employee matters, including investigations and performance improvement processes.
- Help develop, maintain, and implement HR policies and procedures that promote compliance and reinforce ASM's culture.
- Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and provide data insights that support People initiatives and decision-making.
- Contribute to organizational health, engagement, and change management efforts across the region.
- Collaborate with global HR colleagues on projects that strengthen our "One ASM" culture.
- Assist in planning and supporting employee engagement initiatives that foster a sense of community and belonging.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and practices (e.g., employee lifecycle, ER basics, performance management).
- Basic working knowledge of U.S. employment law (academic or practical experience).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a good level of independence.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
- A collaborative mindset with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and support others.
- Experience with or exposure to U.S. immigration processes.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms.
- SHRM or similar HR certification (completed or in progress).
- Experience working in a multicultural or global environment.
- Demnostrated ability to take ownership of HR topics or projects.
