Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Offer menu recommendations, answer questions, and communicate special requests to the kitchen
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for incoming guests
• Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and provide attentive service
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions in accordance with company procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth service operations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash or payment systems
• Willingness to learn menu items, service standards, and operational procedures
