Job Summary As a Clinical Laboratory Specialist, you will demonstrate proficiency in various areas of the clinical laboratory while prioritizing patient safety and service. What You Will Do In This Role: Conduct chemical, bacteriological, serological, and microscopic procedures in laboratory sections. Maintain accurate records of performances, patient results, and quality control measures. Ensure equipment is properly maintained, including recording preventive and remedial maintenance. Assist in training programs for laboratory staff as needed. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s Degree. Required: Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent. Preferred: At least one year of experience in a hospital setting.
