The main purpose of the Warehouse Coordinator within Paradise Door and Service is to serve our clients and field teams by making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. The Warehouse Coordinator will manage the receiving, storage, staging, and delivery of doors, frames, hardware, glass, and equipment for multiple active projects at once. The more specific responsibilities are listed below but include organizing inventory, coordinating deliveries, supporting installation crews, and keeping the warehouse safe and efficient.

Paradise Door and Service is a subcontractor in the construction industry. We help customers achieve their vision to execute high-end architectural entrances within agreed upon budget and schedule. End-users of past and current projects include but are not limited to: Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Netflix, and Nvidia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Document and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to project managers and vendors
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage, labeling, and inventory locations
• Track inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories
• Stage and prepare materials, hardware, and equipment by project for scheduled installations
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with project managers, field crews, vendors, and freight carriers
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Maintain accurate records of material movement in inventory and project management systems
• Track tools and equipment checked out to field crews and coordinate repairs or replacements
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Actively re-prioritize multiple deliveries and project needs to keep jobs on schedule

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office 365 products
• Experience with inventory management or warehouse software preferred
• Ability to read packing lists, purchase orders, and basic construction documents such as door and hardware schedules
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Warehouse, logistics, or construction industry experience preferred
