Quality Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 28.00 to $ 32.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 06:30pm)
Inspect internally manufactured and supplier-provided parts, materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Perform mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections using standard measuring tools, drawings, and tolerance requirements.
Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and support inspection-related document control processes.
Partner with production teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve nonconforming parts while ensuring adherence to manufacturing procedures.
Maintain a strong floor presence as a quality auditor, participate in training and quality initiatives, and work alternate shifts as required (10:00 AM-6:30 PM or 2:00 PM-10:30 PM).
Quality Technician Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, machining, or a related industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, blueprints, and tolerance requirements.
- Proficient in the use of inspection and measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other quality equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including staggered or late schedules.
- Steel Toed Boots Required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
