Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred) to ensure efficient inventory movement.
• Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to meet shipping deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe to promote a productive work environment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist with stock management.
• Follow all safety procedures, adhere to company policies, and contribute to a culture of safety.
• Support shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Operate RF scanners and basic warehouse software (full training provided) to maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required—training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods comfortably.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not mandatory—training is available for certified candidates
