This role focuses on developing responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React and modern front-end development practices.As a senior member of the development team, you will collaborate with designers, backend developers, product stakeholders, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible web experiences. You will help drive front-end architecture decisions, optimize application performance, and ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices and web standards.The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, writing clean and maintainable code, and leveraging modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding platforms such as Cursor to improve productivity and software quality.ResponsibilitiesFront-End DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain responsive, user-facing web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and React.Build reusable front-end components and scalable UI architectures.Develop new features and functionality that enhance the customer experience across ecommerce and business applications.Implement responsive designs that perform consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to modern web standards.UI/UX Implementation & OptimizationCollaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional, high-quality interfaces.Evaluate and improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.Optimize applications for speed, scalability, SEO performance, and Core Web Vitals.Enhance existing interfaces and contribute to continuous UI/UX improvements.Integrations & Technical QualityIntegrate and maintain third-party libraries, plugins, analytics tools, and front-end services.Validate user input and ensure seamless communication with backend APIs and services.Assess technical feasibility and performance impact before introducing new technologies or integrations.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and development planning activities.Troubleshoot front-end issues and implement effective solutions.Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, development frameworks, and AI-assisted coding tools.Required Technical SkillsCursor AI or similar AI coding assistantsHTML5 / CSS3JavaScript (ES6+)Responsive Web DesignSASS / LESSAJAXGitCross-Browser CompatibilityAccessibility (WCAG)SEO Best PracticesPerformance OptimizationAgile DevelopmentReact.jsPreferred QualificationsExperience developing ecommerce websites and digital commerce platforms.Experience working with enterprise-scale web applications.Knowledge of modern front-end performance optimization techniques.Experience implementing analytics, tracking tools, and third-party services.Understanding of accessibility, web security, and SEO best practices.Experience collaborating within Agile software development teams.Familiarity with API-driven architectures and backend integrations.Associate degree (AS/AA), Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics or Related Technical FieldExperience5–7+ years of professional front-end software development experience.Proven experience building modern web applications using React and JavaScript.Experience developing responsive, customer-facing digital experiences.Experience working in collaborative software development environments.What Makes You SuccessfulStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Passion for front-end development and modern web technologies.Ability to balance user experience, performance, and maintainability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.Continuous learner with an interest in emerging technologies and AI-assisted development.WHERE YOU'LL WORKREMOTE – Work from Home (Within UA US employer states).
