Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and help develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to provide holistic support
• Track and document student progress, maintaining up-to-date records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the team
• Provide guidance and education for families and staff regarding communication strategies
