Physical Therapist

We are currently seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to support the William Breman Jewish Home in Buckhead/Atlanta30327. Whether skilled or just starting out, you will work with onsite mentorship to help the aging population in post‑acute, skilled, and outpatient settings. Our mission is to provide compassionate, proactive care to the aging population in Senior Living and Skilled Nursing settings — the place they call home. Key Responsibilities Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies. Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population. Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner. Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in‑service education. In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop a robust therapy program. Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated. Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA ResidentRights Guidelines. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care. Support compliance with all state and federal regulations. Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands. Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice. Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited physical therapy program. If foreign‑trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry‑level PT education by an APTA‑approved credentialing agency. What We Offer Competitive compensation ($48–$52 per hour).
