Key Responsibilities (What you will do)
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse assistants, pickers, and forklift operators.
- Material Inspection: Visually and physically inspect incoming and outgoing materials in order to export-import.
- Quality Control: Identify, document, and segregate damaged, defective, or incorrect materials, reporting discrepancies immediately to procurement.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, perform inventory audits, and maintain stock accuracy.
- Logistics & Organization: Optimize warehouse space, streamline shipping/receiving workflows, and enforce 5S organizational methodologies.
Requirements (What we are looking for)
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
- Physical & Logistics Requirements: Ability to lift warehouse loads, stand for extended periods, and willingness to work flexible shifts if required. Forklift certification is a major plus.
