Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Queen Creek, AZ | $90K–$105K (Full-Time)
San Tan Physical Therapy · Part-time or full-time · New grads and experienced PTs welcome

Want manageable caseloads and mentorship from clinicians who love to teach? At San Tan Physical Therapy, we schedule one patient every 30 minutes and give evaluations a full 60 minutes. That’s a caseload built for quality care, not volume, with the support you need to do your best work and grow as a clinician.

We’re a private outpatient orthopedic practice in Queen Creek with a strong reputation across the East Valley, in a growing community close to hiking trails and parks.

What you’ll get

• $90,000–$105,000 salary for full-time, based on experience; prorated for part-time
• One patient scheduled every 30 minutes, with 60-minute evaluations
• About 50–54 visits per week at 40 hours (scaled for part-time schedules)
• Continuing education support: we’ll fund multiple courses that build skills you’ll use with our patients

Joal Miller, PT (Founder): Over 25 years of experience treating military and police personnel, competitive athletes, and active adults. Joal combines evidence-based care with practical experience and takes pride in helping each therapist develop confidence and precision.

Carl Newton, PT: Over 10 years in practice and a former adjunct professor of kinesiology. Carl specializes in runners and triathletes, has trained many students and new clinicians, and is known for a thoughtful, encouraging mentorship style.

Ashley DeRamos, PT, DPT: Residency-trained, with 7+ years in orthopedics and pelvic health. Ashley’s expertise includes manual therapy, dry needling, shockwave therapy, and vestibular rehab.
