Full Time Dental Assistant

Wisconsin Endodontic Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty practice. If you're looking to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong leadership and modern technology, we'd love to meet you.

$22–$26 per hour, based on experience

Candidates must be able and willing to travel between our Wauwatosa, Oak Creek, and Mequon locations

Responsibilities

You will work closely with our providers to deliver high-quality clinical care, support efficient daily operations, and help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.

Provide chairside assistance during endodontic procedures

Prepare and break down operatories

Take and process X-Rays (CBCT experience a plus)

Maintain accurate charting and patient records

Perform sterilization and infection control procedures

Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care

Support smooth patient flow throughout the day

Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

1+ year of dental assisting experience (endo experience a plus)

Strong attention to detail and organization

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

The salary range for this role is $22-$26 per hour.
