Utility Domain Test Lead

Role Overview: This role involves leading end-to-end functional testing for AMI implementation projects, ensuring full coverage across meter deployment, head-end systems, MDM, field operations, and integration layers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end to end functional testing for AMI implementation projects
- Define Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Metrics for AMI programs
- Oversee E2E testing across all interfacing systems
- Collaborate with automation teams to identify automation opportunities
- Drive requirements analysis, test case design, traceability, and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements
- 10+ years of hand-on experience in Functional Testing
- Strong Utility domain knowledge preferably AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)
- Good understanding of SQLs and APIs such as Mule
- Strong knowledge of test management tools such as Jira or equivalent
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Ability to lead distributed teams and drive testing deliverables independently
