Maintenance Worker job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

-       Maintain Production Lines, Grinder and other related equipment.

-       Understanding of production line functions and end product.

-       Perform scheduled greasing along with routine preventative maintenance on all equipment.

-       Troubleshoot equipment, motors, pumps and electrical.

-       Document maintenance performed, including part numbers and settings.

-       Monitor spare parts for adequate inventory levels.

-       Surface grind punch dies.

-       Assist with line set ups.

-       Operate power and hand tools.

-       Encourage and support a “Team” environment to maintain safety and efficiencies.

-       Follow and comply with safety rules and regulations.

-       Good communication with line operators and management

-       Operate forklift as needed.
