They identify and pursue new rental sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and present rental products or services to potential customers. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. Rental Sales Representatives must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage their sales territory effectively. Responsibilities: Sales • Develop and maintain relationships with customers • Promote and sell rental products and services • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Meet and exceed sales targets • Provide excellent customer service Customer Service • Assist customers with inquiries and concerns • Handle customer complaints and find satisfactory resolutions • Ensure customer satisfaction with rental experience Inventory Management • Maintain accurate inventory records • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies • Place orders for new rental products as needed • Monitor and track rental equipment movement Contract Management • Create and manage rental contracts • Ensure all contracts are accurate and complete • Collect necessary payments and deposits • Handle contract extensions, modifications, and terminations Administrative Tasks • Process rental reservations and payments • Maintain and update customer and rental records • Generate reports on rental activity and sales performance • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Safety and Maintenance • Ensure rental products are in safe and working condition • Conduct regular maintenance checks and schedule repairs as needed • Provide safety instructions and guidelines to customers • Maintain a clean and organized rental area High Impact Behaviors: • Continuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. • Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration.
