Regional Operations ManagerHollenbaughs Trash & Recycling specializes in garbage hauling services. We are dedicated to sustainable waste management solutions and efficient recycling practices that benefit communities and the environment. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Regional Operations Manager to lead our regional teams in delivering top-tier waste management and recycling services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, optimize efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement at your location. Provide leadership and strategic direction to regional teams, promoting a high-performance work environment Oversee daily operations of waste hauling and recycling activities across multiple sites, ensuring smooth execution Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Monitor operational metrics and develop action plans to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction Coordinate maintenance schedules for trucks, recycling equipment, and facilities to minimize downtime Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners to support business growth Lead training initiatives to enhance team skills, safety awareness, and operational knowledge We also need to Drive truck from time to time Picking up missed stop and delivering toters Proven experience in operations management within waste management, recycling, or related industries Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams across multiple locations Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to waste hauling and recycling operations Ability to analyze operational data and implement strategic solutions Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders Clean Driving Record Join us in driving sustainable waste management solutions while leading dynamic teams toward operational excellence!
