About the Role As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen to coordinate order timing and delivery. Process payments and provide correct change or receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Skills The required communication skills enable you to interact effectively with guests, ensuring their needs are understood and met promptly. Basic math and POS system familiarity are essential for accurately processing orders and payments. Organizational skills help you manage multiple tables and requests simultaneously, maintaining smooth service flow.
