Schedule: Hybrid, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Position Summary

Evergreen Administrative Services is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), we partner with businesses across a variety of industries to support their hiring and workforce needs. The Recruiter will serve as a primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver an exceptional hiring experience for multiple businesses at a time. This position manages multiple open requisitions simultaneously and is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing through onboarding coordination.

Recruiting needs will vary widely across clients and industries, with positions ranging from entry-level and hourly roles to professional, management, and executive-level positions. The Recruiter supports hiring for a broad range of industries and job functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and is passionate about connecting great candidates with the right career opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for a variety of client positions and hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.
• Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and engaging job advertisements.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who best match position requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters and support the offer presentation and acceptance process.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening activities, including background checks and drug testing.
• Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring outcomes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare regular recruiting updates and candidate status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and hiring success.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent Evergreen Administrative Services professionally while delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Required: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, or a related field.
• Preferred: Four-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions and competing deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for a variety of job types, departments, industries, and position levels.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and employment-related documentation.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and candidate engagement strategies.
• Experience working in a staffing, HR, or PEO environment is a plus.
• Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering a positive hiring experience.
