This position is responsible for ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to JRC's quality standards.The ideal candidate is an experienced roofer who can confidently diagnose roofing issues, lead a small team, communicate professionally with customers, and work independently in a traveling role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and perform commercial roofing repairs on job sitesSupervise and support a two-person repair teamDiagnose roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions during warranty service callsInspect completed work to ensure company and industry standards are metEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within established timelinesConduct final walkthroughs with property managers and customersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteFollow all company safety procedures and repair protocolsComplete and submit daily reports, service documentation, and other required paperworkCommunicate professionally with customers, property managers, and JRC managementQualificationsProven commercial roofing experience, including TPO, EPDM, and/or PVC systemsPrevious experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Supervisor with a commercial roofing contractorStrong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose roofing issuesComfortable working independently and leading a small teamValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsRequirementsDependable, self-motivated, and safety-consciousWilling and able to travel for up to 5 days at a time for job assignmentsAble to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and safely work at heightsProficient with hand and power tools commonly used in commercial roofingComfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditionsAble to maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude while travelingWhat We OfferOvertime Opportunities!Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Life Insurance401(k) Plan with Company MatchCompany Truck Provided for Job Sites$40 Daily Per Diem for Overnight TravelPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysStable, Year-Round WorkConsistent Travel
