Senior Commercial Project Manager

Greater Dayton Construction Group is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Project Manager to lead complex projects and play a key role in driving operational success within our Commercial Division.

Position Overview

This leadership role is responsible for full project oversight, from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage high-level client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic planning and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
• Negotiate contracts and manage high-level client relationships
• Direct project teams, subcontractors, and internal staff
• Identify risks and implement solutions proactively
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to business development and process improvements

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required)
• 8–10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Project Management Certification (preferred)
