Role: Product Quality Engineer (37385797)

Location: Maplewood, MN

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Duration: 12 months, could extend

Job Description:

Level: Mid-Level (3+ years)

Focus: Product Quality & Customer Issues (Non-Regulated Products)

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate customer complaints and drive resolution Analyze product defects and lead corrective actions Manage product documentation and SKU approvals Support quality improvements using Six Sigma / DOE tools Track quality trends and generate reports

Must-Have Skills:

3+ years in quality engineering / QMS / supplier management Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Experience with statistical analysis and quality tools

Tools:

MS Office, Salesforce (trainable), Enovia PLM

Summary Insight:

Pure quality role (NOT design) Consumer products (less regulated vs Job 2) Strong focus on complaints, RCA, and continuous improvement

Pay Range: $38 to $40.90 per hour.
