What you will enjoy doing Training Assist with new hire training. Execute follow‑up training. Implement and train employees on new procedures. Ensure training procedures are followed. Ensure proper training documentation is maintained. Project Work Support the Production Manager with projects such as: Real‑time interaction with the production floor using MES/IT systems. Daily Tasks Check the packaging area. Update and post graphs for daily production walk‑throughs. Ensure all devices are current, functional, and up to date. Planning Compile the daily production plan in coordination with the Planner. Ensure all machine changeovers are completed in a timely manner. Backup Responsibilities Production Manager and Production Supervisors. Quality Assurance. Planning. Coordination of all assigned activities during periods of coverage. Troubleshooting Track and resolve production issues. Escalate critical process issues to the Production Manager. Performance Measurements Achievement of production goals. Employees consistently following established procedures. High acceptance rate of the Notes System. All devices remain connected and meet Regional OPEX/IT standards. Proper documentation of production issues. What Makes You Great Education & Experience Minimum High School Diploma required; four‑year degree preferred. Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the plastics industry. Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong leadership skills. Technical understanding of manufacturing and IT. Strong knowledge‑sharing and training skills.
