A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance Technician in Mentor, OH. This role is ideal for a hands-on industrial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, keeping production running efficiently, and contributing to a reliable, safety-focused manufacturing operation.

The Maintenance Technician will support a fast-paced production environment by maintaining, repairing, and improving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This is a strong opportunity to join a stable manufacturing team with supportive leadership, collaborative coworkers, and a focus on safety, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect production equipment for wear, leaks, and potential failures before they impact operations.
- Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, installations, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in the CMMS system.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Follow all safety standards, LOTO procedures, and company maintenance policies while supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- 2nd shift differential: $2.00 per hour.
- 3rd shift differential: $1.50 per hour.
- Three openings are available across the following shifts:
- Monday through Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
- Tuesday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Monday through Thursday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Weekend shifts are subject to change and may be moved to weekday coverage.
