Opportunity Details Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE) Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Location: 6050 Northland Dr Ste 200, Rockford, MI 49341 Specialty: Family Medicine Physician, outpatient Team Size: 8 Family Medicine physicians, 2 Pediatricians, 1 Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner Clinical Care Team Size: 2 providers and 3 MAs/LPNs Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows Call Requirements: Phone call coverage 1 week every 2 months, 5pm to 12am weekday, 7am to 7pm weekend Additional Details: Panel to develop immediately.
