Client Onboarding Specialist

Owning the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients, the full-time remote Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist will manage project timelines, assess client CRM environments, and translate technical requirements for the engineering team while building strong relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead client onboarding from pre-kickoff through launch, managing timelines and stakeholder communication Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure alignment among internal teams Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering and client technical contacts Required qualifications 5 to 6 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or technical project management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment Working knowledge of CRM architecture and experience with multiple CRM platforms Able to discuss API-based integrations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent onboardings Proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, and project management tools like Zoho Projects
