Full Time Self Storage Manager

Job Overview Bonaire Mini Storage Manager – manage facility operations, sales, customer service, and marketing in a dynamic, customer‑focused self‑storage environment. The selected candidate will receive a four‑phase training program with a USG Certified Trainer and ongoing yearly training. Responsibilities Greeting everyone at the facility with a smile and a handshake Helping customers determine the best size unit before each rental Completing all paperwork correctly for each rental Completing scheduled facility walk‑through and lock checks Posting all payments made the day of receipt Tracking and following up on past‑due accounts Record keeping of all customer records, including payments and notes Making daily bank deposits and posting receipts as instructed Monthly marketing: calls, visits, emails, social media postings, and events Maintaining merchandise for customer purchase Cleansing vacant units to rentable condition Ensuring grounds, office, and bathrooms are clean and presentable at all times Preparing auction units according to procedure and lien laws as needed Qualifications Valid driver’s license Successful completion of background check Successful completion of drug screen Attitude and aptitude testing Benefits Medical insurance with company contribution Dental insurance Vision insurance Supplemental insurance Up to 120 hours PTO annually 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
