How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Capture critical cardiac insights by performing routine and complex echocardiographic studies, manually maneuvering transducers to perfectly map out cardiac structures and blood flow.

• Master advanced imaging technology by precision-tuning equipment parameters and patient positioning to isolate significant anatomy, identify pathologies, and troubleshoot artifacts.

• Streamline the diagnostic pipeline by promptly delivering high-quality imaging data, history, and correct markers to PACS, giving physicians immediate, reliable data for patient treatment.

• Champion clinical safety and compliance by maintaining strict quality control protocols, adhering to regulatory standards, and keeping procedure rooms pristine and ready for care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing
    International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
