AT-A-GLANCE POSITION INFORMATION:

This recruitment will establish an eligibility list valid for 6 months and will be used to fill current and future vacancies throughout the District. *** Current Vacancy: Grossmont College Type of position: Full-Time Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. May include occasional evening hours during the academic year due to evening events and may require extended weekday and Saturday morning hours at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. June and July Summer 4/10: Summer hours follow a 4/10 (four days, ten hours) schedule Salary: Range CL-34

• 26.97 - $33.72 Hourly
• 4,674 - $5,845 Monthly (based on 40 hours per week)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor of Art/Science Degree in Business Communication, or MIS, or related information analyst/systems management. Or Associates Degree with 4 years increasingly responsible office/records management experience.

EXPERIENCE:
