TITLE: Scrum Master Key Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Maintain sprint boards, backlogs, and delivery artifacts in Jira Support sprint forecasting, capacity planning, and backlog readiness Track risks, dependencies, blockers, and expedite issues promptly Coordinate with IT teams and business stakeholders Monitor delivery metrics and provide status updates Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Work under the guidance of the Senior Scrum Master Lead Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience with Jira Experience with Confluence and/or ServiceNow Strong understanding of Scrum fundamentals and Agile principles Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to identify and identify risks, issues, and dependencies Nice-to-Have Skills Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) Experience supporting Oracle Applications teams Experience with Agile metrics and reporting Ideal Candidate Profile 4–7 years of overall IT experience 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or Agile Project Coordinator Experience working with distributed teams Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in enterprise environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Prudent Technologies & Consulting
