About the Role:
Persevr Inc is looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Events Assistant to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of marketing and live events, supporting campaigns and experiences that make a real impact. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness
- Conduct market research and compile reports on campaign performance and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, email campaigns, and event collateral
- Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to support data-driven decision making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, events, or a related support role
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
