At Brighten Life Home Health, you'll enjoy: Flexible part-time and PRN scheduling Meaningful one-on-one patient care Supportive and collaborative therapy team Opportunity to help patients maintain independence at home Professional growth and development opportunities Autonomy in patient care and treatment planning Rewarding career with advancement opportunities Make a difference in the lives of patients and families every day What You'll Do Lead and support the marketing team to increase referrals and community awareness Build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources Develop and implement regional marketing and business development strategies Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and census goals Create marketing materials and assist with promotional initiatives Analyze market opportunities and identify areas for expansion Support admissions and referral development efforts Travel to agency locations and community events as needed Prepare reports and provide regular updates to leadership What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience Home Health or Hospice marketing experience required Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate with healthcare professionals Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services Basic computer and technology proficiency What Makes You Successful in This Role?
