Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care in Vestal, New York. This travel - temporary assignment starts 10/19/2026 and runs for Weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shifts are 3:00 PM–11:30 PM in a long-term care setting (LTC – Nursing Home). Weekly pay ranges from $1,149 per week to $1,164 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within the scope of an LPN practice
- Monitor vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and document care accurately
- Perform routine assessments and report changes to supervising licensed staff
- Assist with activities of daily living and restorative nursing to support resident independence
- Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with residents and families as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New York (or eligibility)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work the stated shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) and function in a LTC setting
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
