Marketing Coordinator

Payrate: $34.00 - $39.00/hr.

Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Specialist, B2B Marketing Operations to join the B2B Digital Operations team, owning the end-to-end build and delivery of partner marketing emails in Marketo, from intake through build, localization, QA, audience targeting and scheduling.
This is a delivery role for someone who is genuinely strong in Marketo and takes pride in getting complex, multi-language campaigns out accurately and on time. You will work with marketing teams across several lines of business, supporting a high-volume production pipeline.


Responsibilities:

• Build assigned campaigns end to end in Marketo: program build, email build, localization cycle, QA across all language variants, smart list and audience targeting, scheduling and campaign metadata.
• Own the accuracy of what you send. Complete your own QA before anything goes for review, and check rendering and localized variants rather than assuming they are right.
• Own the scripting and targeting of your campaigns, building and maintaining smart lists and flow steps, and working with the wider operations team for approval and alignment where needed.
• Work on the published SLAs for each campaign type and flag anything at risk the same day rather than at the deadline.
• Take on recurring maintenance work such as asset ID refreshes on rotation.
• Work with the marketing requester to resolve gaps in a brief, send tests for approval before localization, and push back where a request is not something we should build.
• Act as a subject matter expert for one group of lines of business, supporting colleagues building in that area.
• Follow and help improve the standard operating procedures, templates and naming conventions.
• Support build work on wider projects when production demand allows, including testing new production utilities

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Marketo experience building and delivering email campaigns in a B2B environment.
• Velocity scripting for dynamic and personalized content in Marketo emails, with the ability to write, read and troubleshoot it independently.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including AMP script, with the ability to write, read and troubleshoot it independently.
• Demonstrated experience of multi-language email production, including managing localized variants and QA across all of them.
• Strong working knowledge of smart lists, smart campaigns, flow steps, tokens and dynamic content.
• Confidence building audience segmentation and targeting logic independently.
• Meticulous QA discipline, with a genuinely low error rate on live sends.
• Ability to manage several campaigns in parallel against deadlines, and to communicate clearly when something is at risk.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $34.00 - $39.00 /hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
