Job Title: Lead Driver – IND Location

SkyHop Global, one of the premier ground transportation companies for airline crews, is seeking a Lead Driver for our IND location. We specialize in transporting pilots and flight attendants during their layovers. If you're a leader with a passion for transportation and a commitment to safety, join our fast-growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, coordinate, and schedule a fleet of drivers based on airline schedules.
Provide leadership, coaching, and team-building for drivers.
Assist the Station Manager in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and mentoring drivers.
Oversee daily fleet vehicle maintenance, inspections, and communication with the Fleet Manager.
Conduct safety audits and lead regular safety meetings.
Safely transport airline crew members between airports and hotels in a safe, courteous manner.
Ensure timely completion of paperwork and adherence to company policies.
Maintain professional relationships with airport ground transportation personnel.

Requirements:

Weekend availability is required.
Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 3 years of experience.
Clean driving record with no moving violations.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Must be 21 years old (DOT requirement) and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Must be able to speak conversational English.
Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card.
