G & H Collision Center is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Body Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, writing accurate repair estimates, and working directly with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process.

The ideal candidate has experience in collision estimating, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage 
• Create accurate repair estimates using estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex preferred) 
• Communicate with customers about repair timelines and expectations 
• Work with insurance companies to submit and negotiate estimates and supplements 
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair procedures 
• Track job progress and update customers as needed 
• Maintain organized records of all estimates and repairs 

Requirements

• Experience as an auto body estimator or in collision repair (preferred) 
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and parts 
• Familiarity with estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, etc.) 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to multitask and stay organized 
• Valid driver’s license
