Business Process Analyst (BPA) in Production, Planning & Control (PP&C)Serve as a Business Process Analyst (BPA) within Production, Planning & Control (PP&C), supporting Chelmsford, MA production operations through analysis, execution, and sustainment of manufacturing and logistics business processes. This role supports day-to-day operational needs while contributing to system stability, data integrity, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with 1LMX. Business Process Analysts are expected to develop functional expertise over time. Specific areas of focus will be assigned based on individual skillsets, experience, and site priorities, while maintaining the ability to support broader production and system needs as required. This role operates within the PP&C organization in Chelmsford, MA and supports site execution under the direction of the PP&C Site Lead. Primary areas of support may include:DD250 processing and supportClocking positions and other As-Built/ADC related entriesMaster SchedulingMake MRP executionDevelopment program setup and production supportWindchill interfaces with Apriso and SAP S/4Apriso order change maintenance and interfaces with SAP S/4Support of future 1LMX implementationsKey responsibilities include:Support day-to-day production and system-related issues impacting manufacturing executionAnalyze data, system behavior, and process performance to identify issues and recommend corrective actionsExecute defined business processes within SAP S/4, Apriso, and supporting systemsSupport root cause analysis and corrective action implementationMaintain accurate system data to support production, compliance, and reporting needsCollaborate with BPA peers to share knowledge and prevent single point failuresParticipate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement effortsAssess end-user capabilities and provide training to enable successful executionSupport testing, validation, and deployment activities for system changes or future 1LMX releasesThis position is located in Chelmsford. Must be a U.S. citizen - the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.Basic qualifications include:Experience supporting production, planning, logistics, or manufacturing operationsExperience with more than one production program or areaExperience with one or more production operations systems (SAP S/4, Apriso, Windchill, or similar)Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, follow processes, and execute solutionsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to support a scheduled on-call team rotation covering night shifts and weekendsWillingness to travel up to 25% annually on average, with periods of significantly higher travel during testing, deployment, and training for future releasesAbility to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenshipDesired skills include:Prior experience as a subject-matter expert in one or more production or logistics domainsExperience supporting system interfaces or data flows between manufacturing systemsExposure to 1LMX concepts or digital transformation initiativesWillingness to learn new functional areas and support evolving site needsPay information:Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $90600.00 - $168200.00Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $81500.00 - $151300.00Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $72500.00 - $134600.00Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $65200.00 - $121200.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
