Automotive DetailerJoin Our Dealership Team!We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to help ensure every vehicle leaves our dealership looking its absolute best. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesClean, detail, and recondition new, used, and trade-in vehicles to dealership standards.Wash, wax, polish, and buff vehicle exteriors.Vacuum, shampoo, and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, dashboards, door panels, and windows.Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they are spotless and presentation-ready.Detail trade-in vehicles and inventory for display on the lot.Apply protective coatings and treatments as needed.Inspect completed vehicles for quality and report any damage or maintenance concerns.Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and showroom.Maintain detailing equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.Work closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule.Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.QualificationsPrevious detailing experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.BenefitsCompetitive payHealth with HSA, dental, vision and life insurancePaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts401k with company matchOpportunities for advancement within the dealershipSupportive, team-focused work environmentAir conditioned shopIf you take pride in making vehicles look their best and want to be part of a dealership that values quality and teamwork, we’d love to meet you.
