Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to cover a long-term leave position based in Wisconsin. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Valid Wisconsin DPI Speech and Language Pathologist License
• Must have Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
