Civil/Municipal/Water Resources Project Manager

Are you a seasoned civil engineer with a passion for public infrastructure and water resource management? We’re looking for an experienced Civil/Municipal/Water Resources Project Manager to join our talented team in Harrisburg, PA . Lead impactful projects, collaborate with municipalities, and help shape thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Oversee civil, municipal, and water resources projects, including roadways, stormwater systems, and BMPs for stormwater management (SWM) and erosion/sediment control (ESC)

· Quality Assurance: Manage oversight, QA/QC, and approval of project designs and technical reports

· Contracts & Financials: Prepare and administer construction contracts while managing project budgets and profitability

· Client Representation: Act as a trusted advisor and representative for municipal clients

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil, municipal and water resources engineering to include:

o Municipal representation

o Stormwater management

o Roads

o Utilities

o Construction administration

o Ordinance and plan review

o Environmental permits (PADEP, USACE, FEMA)

o PENNDOT permits

o Grant applications

o Project presentations

o Specification writing

o Meeting facilitation

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, and stormwater related software
• Client-focused leader and team player, possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices (Valid US driver's license is required)
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
