Job Summary The ClearSky Rehabilitation team in Lecanto, FL is hiring a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift (6p.m. – 6a.m.) to provide general nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and following physician orders and established protocols. Key Responsibilities Implement medication orders and treatments as prescribed by physicians and as outlined in the nursing care plan. Participate in the evaluation of intervention effectiveness and seek guidance when needed. Assist in identifying patients’ learning needs and reinforce self‑care techniques. Report to supervisor on patient care, issues, and resolution, including accurate charge designation using the hospital system. Identify patient problems and potential risks, contributing to the development of interventions. Provide an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff. Assess risks for safety and implement appropriate precautions. Comply with approved safety and infection‑prevention standards. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting (inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred). Current state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN).
