Properly setting up and taking down cook station Cooking raw and prepared foods Properly labeling, dating, and filling pans Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining refrigerators and hot boxes, and grills Taking inventory and stocking/restocking items Communicating with fellow staff members to ensure fresh quality products Adjusting to high-pressure situationsUnderstanding and complying with food safety and temperature standards Maintaining a professional and calm demeanor alwaysQUALIFICATIONS:
Current Food Handler certificates Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
