About the Role

Solstice is building the industry's leading AI platform for generating compliant life sciences marketing content. We're looking for a Product Designer to join our founding team and help shape the end-to-end experience for our customers.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys deeply understanding users, and wants to own product design from concept through launch. You'll work closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris to have a real imprint on the future of the company.

What You'll Be Working On

• Owning the end-to-end design of core product workflows, from early concepts and user research to high-fidelity designs and shipped experiences
• Designing intuitive, elegant interfaces for complex AI-driven and compliance-heavy workflows
• Defining and evolving Solstice's design system, interaction patterns, and visual identity
• Partnering closely with product engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and polish
• Translating customer feedback and data into thoughtful product improvements
• Designing for trust, clarity, and usability in a highly regulated enterprise environment

Some Ideal Traits We're Looking For

Strong product design fundamentals Experience designing complex digital products, ideally in B2B, enterprise, or regulated environments.

User-obsessed mindset You deeply care about user needs and advocate for simplicity.

Systems thinker You enjoy designing scalable patterns, not just one-off screens.

Comfort with ambiguity You can turn ambiguous problems into clear, thoughtful design solutions without extensive direction.
